David Larkin first qualified as a lawyer in 1982 and practised for many years on his own account in Pall Mall, St. James’s before moving to Sussex with his wife and daughter.

David’s legal background is in insurance, commercial law, contracts and litigation. David was active in local politics and has been a District Councillor and a Town Councillor. David is a Freeman of the City of London.

David heads up the HdeB ‘family office’ as well as having become something of a specialist in the mechanics of pension scheme charging, set up and administration.
